Lets suppose my passport and document name is "Ram Singh" and over internet (blog / photo association / photo club ) i use "Ram Kumar" as my name (only over internet).. Do i have to mention that in my DS form ?? Advise please

P.S : we overlooked that in G-325a thought it was not necessary as it was only over internet. And As i read more and more about visa process, i think we did mistake and want to correct it at DS form???

No.

I use Zedayn here, but my real name is something else. It doesn't mean I would write Zedayn on an application.

If you use that name for professional activities, and not only casually, I would list it.

It says: "Other Surnames Used (maiden, religious, professional, aliases, etc)"

Yea i use it as a photographer ... And in the world of photography people know me with that name ... I think i should let them know about it ... And DS form is where i can fix the mistake (i guess)

as far as i have read i think i have to let them know.

Any further thoughts from senior members are highly appreciated
