Submitted my I-130 last week march 11,2015 and they recieved it friday march 13, 2015. What do i expect next and how long?

Welcome to Visa Journey, I assume your priority date is 13th March 2015, if you have received your NOA1, which us the receipt notice, on it you would find your priority date. The next thing is for your petition to be approved. Here is the current processing time. I think our Service centre is within the National Goal of 5months, which means you shall be getting approved without RFE's within the 5 Months all things remaining unchanged. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=abcSGbBhoC12TbhWuMHWu . After approval, your case shall be sent to NVC where you shall wait for your priority date to be current or when you upgrade your petition incase your petitioner naturalizes. Currently the visa bulletin has a cutoff date of August 01, 2013. for the month of April 2015, visas are only available to applicants with Priority dates before August 01, 2013. No one here would be able to tell your when your priority date would be current. Waiting time for F2A has gradually decreased over the years, in 2013 some applicants got their visas within 6 to 8 months, the jump caused a long retrogression, we can only hope for the best. I wish you a smooth visa processing.

Dordor's answer it's for F2A category. If you are in IR1category you not have to wait for the visa availability on visa bulletin because you are an immediate relative of an US citizen. If you are abroad the whole process take about from 6 months to one year after you submitted your i130 form. After your i130 form will be approved USCIS will transfer your case to NVC that it will say how you have to proceed for the next steps, before to transfer it at the embassy for your immigration interview.

Good luck!
