Technically they are still working on August, but there have been a few September filers that have been approved, and one random October filer so far.

After 214 days wait?

Dear friends, brothers and sisters here on VJ, there is really been a great encouragement here to keep faith in God about the whole methuselah age long wait. You ve all been wonderful for your heart warmth support in waiting to get united with ones heart's throb. Otherwise hearts here would have fainted or broken for this long wait.

I still hold on cos of your encouragement and grace of God. Praying for myself, my love and all September filers/others.

This what I got after checking status this morning 5.58am 11th Apr., 2015:

Request for Initial Evidence Notice Was Mailed

On April 9, 2015, we suspended processing of your case, Receipt Number SRC#########, because we need more information from you. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume work on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your request for initial evidence notice by May 9, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What do you think please?

thank you.

That's an RFE, or "request for more evidence." Stay calm and wait until you get the official letter in the mail to see what it says. Come back here and research it and or ask and vj will help you make sure you send what uscis wants. Hopefully after you send it you'll only have to wait around another month.

It's good news.

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

I need help please.

sending in my letter of intent to marry, some advice I ''wet sign'' it while others say ''use original signature''

am the beneficiary and can only get this letter across to my fiancé to submit through email. to do this, I need to type, print, sign and scan the letter and email it. that's having a SCANNED SIGNATURE.

My fiancé will she have to write hers with ink or type and print it out?

what do u have to advice please.... cos its an RFE we are responding to.

I dont' know if you are allowed to do that. I think you should ask people from the September thread because they know things better than most of us.

Also if you dont mind update your timeline with your RFE date.

Wish you luck

No, your fiance needs to mail it. A wet signature means the original copy of the paper the pen their hand was holding signed with.

It means you should hear either a yes or no to your case within the timeframe they've given you.
