Hi VJers,

What are the addresses for the USCIS lockboxes on where to send the I-129F packet? And which do you reckon is the fastest? :)

N400:

March 6, 2022: N-400 Filed Online

October 20, 2022: Interview (Approved)

November 10, 2022: Oath Ceremony

I130 - Minor Children:

December 20, 2022: I-130 Filed Online

November 15, 2023: Approval Notice

November 19, 2023: NVC Received

December 11, 2023: DQ'ed

September 30, 2024: Interview Letter

November 6, 2024: Medical Exam (Passed)

November 18, 2024: Interview (Approved & Issued)

The 'fastest' one would be the correct one, which is listed on the USCIS site where you download the form and instructions > http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

Correct that there is only one actual lockbox. There are two address though depending on your method of shipment. If you ship via regular USPS, use the Dallas PO Box address. If you ship via UPS or another courier use the Lewisville address. UPS and other couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

The LockBox is in Lewisville which is part of Dallas County, It about 20 miles from the PO Box location in Dallas

Many call Lewisville La Lewisville due to the high number of illegal aliens living in Looserville.........

And there's only one lockbox facility for K1 Visa (As stated above me). And from there they'll be the one to decide whether your case will be sent to CSC or will just stay in TSC. Good luck!

It won't 'just stay at the TSC' because it is not mailed to the TSC to begin with. See the post I linked above.
