Go to www.kayak.com and find the best fare.

Don't book on Kayak but go to the airline website with the lowest fare and use the credit card to get an e-ticket. All you need is the confirmation number and your passport after that.

Congratulations!

If you are sold on Korean Air try going to their website and buying direct from them! You can comparison shop with Kayak, Cheapoticket, and many other third party travel vendors!

she has visa in her hands whats the best way to buy plane ticket for her i prefer korean air thats just me

Congrats!!1

There is no best way. It's all up to you. You will get hundreds of answer to your question and this subject has been discuss at least once a month as far back as I can remember. Do a search using the Search box in the upper right hand corner.

I like to begin with Google Travel. There I get the prices from everyone plus a calendar that shows me the best days with the lowest prices. I can choose to book a flight that I see there or continue my search using the other 3 million travel sites.

When I buy tickets I look for what I consider a good route, a good time to travel and a good airline. I am not necessary interested in the best price because, OMG I would be looking for years because they change by the minute.

Good luck.

I like Cheaptickets or Expedia, they have both worked for me in the past.

If YOU buy a plane ticket for her at the airport. Please send her a front and back copy of the card used, and a copy of your id. My wife had to do this going back and forth to Manila from Davao for her visa processing. The authorities want to make sure that the card being used is not fraudulent or stolen. We had it one time that I bought a plane ticket for her to meet me in Manila, and my card got changed due to some bank hacking incident. She had a copy of the old card and not the new card, and they wouldn't let her get on the plane.

I flew 4 times internationally last year using different airlines (Singapore Airlines, PAL, Delta) and I was never asked for a card verification. I find it strange that some people are asked for verification. Some tickets were bought by my company and the other one by my fiance. Still no verification needed. What airline asked for verification?

Following the directions that was giving by cyberfx1024 with the copies.

I always got the ticket and Itinerary from the airlines and as they were digital I emailed them to my wife and she printed them and off as she went. All the tickets we bought for her travel whether domestically or internationally, she was never asked for my ID or credit card information.

Do you remember the name of the airline?

It was Philippine Airlines. My wife hates Cebu Pacific with a passion and never wants to fly them unless I go with her. Yeah I have heard that some people are not asked for verification at all, so I don't know why my wife had to.I think it may depend on who is accepting the ticket at the time in order to get the boarding pass. But I do know that she was not allowed to board one time because she did not have proper verification, and had to buy another ticket from Davao to Manila. It is always better to play it safe, than risk it right?

I have been booking my family a flight through online using my credit card and no such thing as copy of my credit card needed. The only thing you need is copy of payment confirmation (digital) just in case and your itinerary. And also for your convenience and ease of mind, you can contact them anytime just to confirm your flight and things needed but normally they don't need it.

That's wild, I remember years ago 2007 or so when some were having that issues and I think it was PAL, It been long time since I have heard it

I have personally flown between Davao and Manila many many times, and have been with about 8 different girls, Never had that issue. I usually fly Zest or Cebu Pac, I have flown PAL only a few times btw DVO and MNL.
