Love hearing all the baby news!!! Tim got his EAD/AP in January and we have been to Ireland to see my stepson for a much needed visit. Now we are waiting for his AOS interview on the 19th.

Glad to hear so much good news.

You may have found your answer by now, but your case normally stays at the NBC, which is the Missouri Service Center, until it gets selected for interview waiver or for an interview. If you get an interview waiver, the case probably won't leave NBC. If you get an interview, your case status will say "Ready for Interview" and will change to "Interview Scheduled" when your local office gets the case.

Most K-1 AOS applicants get interview waivers, but the timeframe is very different for everyone, so there is no way of telling when the green card might be issued.

Ours was sent to New Hampshire immediately. But we were scheduled for an interview then it was approved without the interview after speaking with the IO on the phone.

If you have your German license, you should be good to go for about a year.

We all filed March 2015, not 2016. We are all a year ahead of you! You may need to search out the March 2016 filer thread for your group.

If you have your German license, you should be good to go for about a year.

not when you're not anymore a residency in Germany. I don't live there officially + north Carolina doesn't accept it when you live in the state (y) yay..
