Just got off the phone with NVC - they received our packet from CSC today and it's in pre-sort!!!!!!! So two weeks - not bad!!!! So now how long does it take to get entered and for us to get the next number I wonder?

Congrats to those who already got their approval :) our case still pending so need to wait. And my fiance called csc yesterday, spoke with a lady then she told him that we need to wait 30 to 45 working days. So we are expecting our NOA2 on May 14. Hopefully we get it by that noted date :) Planned date to be there will be before his birthday on august.

Hehe should be. Once the receive your case it normally takes about 3 days before you get your case#. Our case was received on a thursday and we didnt bother calling kn friday and got the case# on monday. Goodluck! :)

for some reason dates for csc went 1 day back on k1 processes today. it was on april 4 for 4-5 days now its april 3.

Not stange at all - the underlying algorithm takes into account previous approvals and calculates from there. It can jump around quite a bit. Mine certainly has in the 4 months I have been waiting. Don't worry about it too much, it is not an official prediction.

Congratulations! Awesome news. ^_^

Question: If US embassy in Malaysia sends packet 3 to.... wherever (we literally never put an address for the beneficiary), and it somehow gets lost, do we have to start the process over or can we request for them to send it again to an address that we provide? I tried contacting the embassy tonight, but they don't take phone calls for immigration visa (which include the K1), so I sent an email with his information and told them what his Malaysian address is. I'm hoping they'll actually read the email and add his address so that they send it to the correct place. I don't know if I'm over stressing the situation, it can somehow be fixed if things go wrong somewhere. I'm just scared whatever they send will get lost in the mail.

What have you found on the Malaysian portal? Your email should get read and reconciledo with the case file, but you never know. So much is up in the air for you, huh?

they do ??❤️ As soon as they have it they give it the number the next day! Call first thing on monday!! I know you will have it there. And from there on it will be sent the same day or next to your embassy! So youre almost there!! I wish the rest of the March filers were too. I hate seeing the difference CSC made. We got lucky and after us the kinda stopped giving the NOA2. I hope soon for everyone it will start rolling. Today i read someone from TSC is still waiting, 300 days later ?❤️ Not okay at all!! love to them and you guys❤️
