Oh goodness. I tried to go online and order transcripts online - well they have an account tied to my SSN which of course is linked to his email and I had no idea the password. Okay, so I called the IRS to get copies of the transcripts and it was all automated, couldn't talk to a humanoid. I put in my SSN and the street address where I live now. Of course I wasn't in the system because my ex filed for us together electronically from his address. So I called back and put in his (my old) address. Ok, good it's there. But they said transcripts were unavailable from 2012, 2013 and 2014. What??? So the robo voice asked if I wanted copies of the account information from these years. I said ok and they said those would be there in 5-10 days. BUT THEY'RE GOING TO HIS ADDRESS! YIKES!!!! Now what?

You have some time since you are at the NOA2 stage. You can either wait to get through to a human at the IRS line (I need to call them too) or do the assistance center. If you have the ex's SSN, the you can use the Form 4506-T to get them mailed. The IRS phone line closes at 7pm.

You are having problems because his SSN was probably used as primary (listed first) taxpayer.

Signature coming soon...

Time to go to the IRS building nearest you. Here in my area you can go to the local office, draw a number, and wait to talk to an agent.

Good call - I will try that! Thank you!

I'm glad I started early though because I don't know how long it will take, lol! I do have his SSN because I have a copy of this year's, from TurboTax. So I'll try to find a service center here in Boca and see if they can help me! Thank you!

I feel a lil bit sad, today I checked my case status and tada!! we got rfe!, still don't know what they need. Will wait for the letter to arrived. Soo much for expecting of noa2, but thats what it is, like it or not I just need to deal with it. Although I suspected that maybe they need more evidence on how we meet coz my fiance forgot to put caption on our

pics and didn't make a full statement of how we met. Me and Caleb need to discuss this together. Oh great! the downside of having a fiance with do-it-alone motto lol ( not anymore ) :D I will update here when we received rfe letter.

RFE's suck. I feel for you. However, at least they have worked your file. Some posters here are nearing 45-60 days and nothing yet from CSC at all.

The waiting for it to show up in the mail is the hardest part. I got one and the head scratching and trying to figure out what was wrong was the hardest part. It takes about a week to get the letter.

Ours was for the now infamous dating site/marriage broker issue that CSC has been doing lately. Did you and your fiancee meet on a dating site?

I wouldn't mind an RFE right now, that way I know at least my file was touched.

I know it sucks!! But I guess the good thing is that we can expect now the time of our noa2 aprroval once we able to provide what they need. Btw I knew about your rfe post, I read it and I felt a lil annoyed to whoever worked on your case lol seeing that others didn't get any problem with the dating site thing. Well, the greatness of case to case basis lol. About your question, nope we dont.. in fact we met through online gaming and hit it off haha.. I knew u were from Ca and receivedyour letter in a week. My fiance is from IL do u think we can have the letter in a week too?

yes gtessier, your right in this part:

Some posters here are nearing 45-60 days and nothing yet from CSC at all.

No changes at all from the last date of March 17. However, I already completed all the papers we need so just in case we receive the NOA2 everything is ready.
