Just had an item on it on CNN.

On another board there was a thread about a lady who had just had her third child in the US. She is from Guatemala. Her motivation seemed more that it was free and she would have to pay back home.

How easy is it for the average person in China to get a tourist visa to come here?

Far from guaranteed, but very many are granted.

In the old days before the 10 year visas, women used to have to hide their pregnancies under loose clothing, etc. and make up some touristy reason for travelling to the US. No longer necessario -- now they simply get their visa whilst unpregnant, and have ten years to become pregnant and come here as a "tourist." What could be easier?
