Why Chinese moms want American babies

One of my American friends received offer from a foreign woman - I don't want to mention where she was come from - to pay handsome money so he could married and bring her to the U.S. Of course he refused it and when he told me that story I just couldn't believe there was some desperate woman willing to do that.

This happens more than most people think it does. It happens from several differnt countries too. I'm talking about American women taking the money too, not just men.

That's why the U.S. embassies in some countries make things harder in order to approved some type of visas.

It just makes it harder for the honest people, but there are some places that have a high incident of fraud. It sucks. People enter the country illegally and pay for a marriage too. There were ways around that even before the wait in country waiver process started.

I am always hoping there is a silver lining of this dark cloud in the U.S. immigration laws for a change. Probably if the U.S. were not a superpower country and just like third world countries, I bet people won't flocking come here to land their dreams.

We have Mexico and many poor countries to our south so there is a direct route for illegals and plenty of Americans on this side off the border making good money working with coyotes. There is a whole underground world out there, probably in most people's community. People risk there lives to come here, the attraction is that great.

Sounds awfully worst especially since the government is promised to make strict in the border and illegal immigrants are granted many opportunities like get a driver license in California.

The US government and business owners have made it relatively easy for illegals to succeed here.

Poor me. I came here perfectly legal yet bank like USAA made my husband and I difficult to get open an account and apply a credit card. It seems being an illegal has more opportunities rather than people like me who paid expensive for all immigration papers.

God Bless, America!

Hardly. While it is fairly easy to live undocumented in this country, a walk in the park, it is not. If you think you had it rough after immigrating lawfully, you wouldn't stand a chance surviving undocumented. It's really just that simple.

I know a lot of undocumented people who have survived here for many years. They know all the tricks, especially working hard and long hours and saving money.

I am barely complained about this immigration thing, in fact my husband does. Watching him reading about illegal immigrants on the news it just like a stab in my heart. He spent a lot money for me yet these people can easily get what they wanted.

I am agreed with you, I wouldn't stand of chance surviving being an illegal just because my whole life I have always stepped in the right path, follow the rules. I couldn't started my own blogs just because I did not want people think I was working in the U.S. before received my EAD. I had argued with my husband which the right tax form I had to use for bank because I did not want to have a trouble in the future with IRS - even the bank already had stated which form I needed to-.

If follow the rules is a challenge in the country, I bet the illegal immigrants won't survived as well. Oh, I forgot. They came here by broke the law. Ignore my last statement, then, ;) .

Try NYC. They have done all but roll out the red carpet for these criminals.

Another thing: This has definitely worsened recently with regard to China. The approval of the new 10 year visas between China and the US has exacerbated this phenomena of birth tourism. One can get one of these visas, and have 10 worry-free years to try to get pregnant and travel to the US.
