So today the embassy recieved my returned packet 3.... i hope all is ok.... we nearly there!!!

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

09/18/07 - Biometrics

10/15/07 - Transferred to CSC

01/09/08 - AOS approved w/o interivew

11/01/09 - Lift conditions

11/01/10 - interview to lift conditions/10-yr card

01/01/10 - 10 year approval

Almost there hon! I had my interview today (well yesterday now - on the 8th) and got approved! Its really so easy and straight forward! Give me a shout any time if you have any questions about any of it :-)

..i am here thinking packet three is somethin major..my fiance faxed me what was in his..it was a checklist and forms to fill out..we already filled out the forms months ago..he got all his police certificates, immunization etc etc..so he will return the signed check list on monday ..do his medical and just wait for his interview
