I just got off the phone. They sent it back!!! Yippy!!!!!!!! They sent it on the 20th, the day after I left the office. The case status is just not showing updated. Hallelujah!!

But, it is going through NVC first.

Just checked my status just for the heck of it and still says AP and

Case Creation Date: 20-May-2014 Status Updated Date: 22-Mar-2015 I suspect this is a good thing? Means someone looked at it?

Yes, someone is looking at it. They have to post notes on your account and check your account for updates.

Thank you my precious angel, wow seems like a good thing. I called USCIS but can't seem to get a live person hahahaa had to put in our old receipt number and it said, last updated April 15-2014 sent to Dept of state for further processing or reaffirmed Visa. I swear I almost had a heart attack since I didn't hear 2014 but 2015 what a great feeling for five seconds it almost felt like happy and relief until I realized it doesn't work that way.

I sit her crying, it's been such a great week, so much great news for so many great people and your welcome and thank you so much my sweet friend for your kind words. Just doesn't seem possible and I wonder if they realize our Interview took 600 days from the I-130 NOA1 date or if they even care. Them caring is a stretch I'm sure but I hope they feel insulted that the pea brain of a Co returned it to them. God only knows.

Ok so how will we know then if I can't reach a human being at USCIS? I know I sound like a two year old hahahaa.

Call, press 1 for English, 2 for case status, 1 for receipt number, enter receipt number, 1 receipt number is correct, listen to message, press 3 for need additional assistance. Then ask to be transferred to a immigration officer when someone answers the phone.

I think this came up before with someone else, but have you seen/read these threads on reaching an actual human at USCIS? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/440459-speaking-to-a-human-being-on-the-uscis-phone-system/...I've never had to call (well, I guess I couldn't anyway since they'll only talk to the USC ) so I don't know if these tips actually work, but might be worth a try. I think there are many more threads on this. There might be newer ones. Good luck!

Done put on call back list will be 90 minutes, thank you so much Janelle your my angel. I'm so nervous isn't that totally nuts, what do I say, will I sound nervous will he/she write it down and hold it against us, this is just too much. Ty so much, God bless you.

Yes. When I called this morning it was a 89 minute wait. The immigration has access to a lot of information, but they won't have your physical file. Ask them whatever you want to ask them. Either they will say they can answer it or they will not be able to answer your question. This only. Don't be nervous. You can do it!!

Someone must hate us at NVC! Paid the AOS fee weeks ago but IV fee has yet to be invoiced because our DS-264 has not been reviewed. I've called two times already and asked for a telephone review but no one can get into the form because someone else is still in it, and possibly forgot to log out of it.

Waiting time is really horrible, hope they call soon, Ty doll I'll try my best to not be nervous. OMG I'm falling asleep, someone slap me. Not sleeping is catching up to me.

Geez so sorry this is happening to you, you need to ask for a Supervisor not just to have your case sent to one, to actually speak to one. Try not to call on Monday they are at meetings all day on how to make life more miserable for us. Welcome to the thread.
