This is so frustrating. It was hard enough seeing CSC cases being approved months before ours.... but now there are cases at TSC being approved that were submitted over a month after ours! When is it going to be our turn??? :(

I know the feeling everyone who has not yet been approved... NOA1 was Jan 26 and FINALLY got the approval late last night, Nov 3. We had an RFE Sep 30 (which was infuriating because they asked for everything we had already sent... they didn't event look at our application! We sent the same exact package back. But of course they saw/cashed the check :ranting: ). 9 months + 1 week of torture. No idea how slowly it will go from here, but luck hasn't been on our side so far.

???? After almost 9 months, our case is approved. I know that it is so frustrating to wait for NOA 2, but to those who arent approved yet, hang in there. You'll have yours soon.

Congratulations.

FINALLY!! After nearly 9 months, we received our NOA2!! What a long, frustrating journey it has been to get out of TSC. I seriously thought this day would never come!! For those of you still waiting, my heart goes out to you!! You will receive your approvals soon!!!

For those who may wonder, I was told by a tier 2 officer on October 30th that our case was pending background check since July. He graciously put a service request in for us (even though the processing time posted was 2/20 and my NOA1 date is 2/27) and told me that I should hear from them within 21 days. That was going to be this Friday, so our NOA2 came in within the time frame he told me.

I am SO happy! My fiancé should be here before our baby girl is born in February after all! Thank God!!
