I'm over here the some thing , first NOA on 28 of march

called them about 10 days ago , they told me they put a call in for the fingerprint

and to wait 15 days that the letter would be here and it seems its going to be about a 1year wait the way things are going!

What number did you called? I cant find a way to talk to a representative, its all automatic.

Listen to prompts check case status select lost receipts and eventually it will transfer you. Just have to be patient.

Or just don't press anything, wait until someone speaks in spanish, say english please and carry on.

I talked today and they put in a request, they told me that I ll receive something in the mail. I pushed 2 for how to locate receipt number and then 2 again.

I sent a service request via email and I also called, but basically it's the same thing. On the phone all they would say is they can submit a service request.

NO. Because if you ask they only tell you to submit a service request and when they replied to the service request they only said "

We are unfortunately experiencing a longer processing period than what is reflected on your Form I-751 Receipt Notice for this process. Please know that your name has been electronically added to the appointment scheduler. You will receive an ASC appointment notice by mail once an appointment date has been established for you.

I called in today and she pulled up my file. She said she could see that a service request had been made but that I'll have to wait 30 days from the date I got the response for them to be able to do anything for me. So basically I got my NOA, I waited 30 days and got no biometrics appointment, made a service request and had to wait 15 days to get a response for that, it's been another 22 days since then and I'm just supposed to roll my thumbs and wait some more..? Gosh this is so frustrating *sigh*

I did exactly the same thing. SO FRUSTRATING!! Most of May at CSC have their appointments too. What the hell is going on? And this is a service we pay heavily for!!
