I think everyone who has to be separated from a loved one during a VJ and doesn't have a webcam should receive a complementary one in the mail along with their NOA1......compliments of the USCIS.....as a way of saying "thank you for your petition" and "we hope this helps keep you sane until you finally get your visa"

 If it came from the USCIS too many people would be worried that it would secretly transmitting images to them.

I'm waiting for my taxes which should hopefully come in at the end of this week to pay my $800 cingular bill.

We interchange between skype and yahoo. Cairo is weird with the connections and sometimes one is actually better than the other in terms of reliability. Once a night just about they have a blackout though for about ten to fifteen minutes. Sucks but at least I get to see him.

What really sucks now is that he had his cellphone stolen a few days ago. We were texting each other a few times a day to supplement. More importantly if he was too tired to meet (since he's 7 hours ahead and we meet at 7pm) he could text me that he was gonna sleep instead. Now I just have to assume if he doesn't show that he fell asleep when he took a nap. The man doesn't own an alarm and literally takes a nap thinking he'll wake up in twenty minutes. (can ya tell he didn't show tonight and that I have mega cramps????? :dead:

my fiance had this crazy idea to not talk on webcam for a whole month...so that when we do, we'll go crazy and stare like jp said. so for 1-1/2 weeks now i haven't seen my love's face except for my photos. sigh.

don't even get me started on phone bills. before i knew how much it cost per minute to call (i didn't bother calling to ask) my first bill was $1300. i almost fell over when the bill came! thats a whole ticket to morocco for that!
