No problem.

Preferably (and this is what we did) fill out the CASE AUTHORIZATION FORM so they can get access to your case at USCIS. Send it thru fax (much quicker than mailing) together with a copy of your NOA1.

Good luck!

Many thanks for your assistance in this matter @Apple21.

Hi Dew_drops,

submitting an email request is not something that will take a year to do and if you follow the link and instructions that @apple21 provided you will find all the info you need to submit your request. For the question about what I have mentioned in my email is I have explained our situation and provided all the info they need in order for them to investigate our case and also there is a form you fill out to give them a permission to access our case when they contact the service center.

It is up to you to follow which ever direction is best for you however,by the looks of it VSC does not look like they are going to start processing petitions beyond September 30.

@Susan,send your husband the link and ask him to follow the options to do both email request and fill out the form so that they can access your case. All the best darling and rather than waiting it is better to act on it now and I think we have Waited enough.

I will not feel bad now because I have used all my options. All the best of luck to all of us.

You r right Habel .... I have already checked the details of congressman in my area and will definitely contact him. But I just want to wait for this month to pass and see what processing dates they publish....... n how much the bulletin moves next month coz by this month end we will know how much it moves by members getting interview letters...

If there is no movement with USCIS then I will contact my congressman for sure.......

Do post here by that time what reply u get from your congressman regarding ur case from USCIS.... I hope that u hear some good news for ur case n that u get early approval. This will definitely encourage all of us to go ahead with our congressman

I think you should edit your signature coz it says PD Nov 2014? It should be 2013 right? Just a bit confusing.

I don't understand why you prefer to sit and wait rather than act. Anyway its your choice. ;)

Good luck to all of you! I hope your congressmen will be of help just like ours was! :)

My priority date is nov 27 but no transfer notice or noa2 from vsc. And other thing is congrssman or even president has no authority to rule immigration. All they can do is inquire and answer would be wait. If your case is stuck or did not move forward in normal timefram, you can inquire yourself to get better result.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved
