VSC announced processing date for January 31.

What a surprise. It is September 30 2013!

Does somebody understands what in the name of God is happening here?

This is unfair! I feel like my family are unwanted persons.

Hello Paudo,

Have they posted a new processing time for March yet? if so can you please share the link. Many thanks

What if i send it now..still i will get RFE or will it be ok.

Can't you contact Vermont centre to ask if you can forward the said document? I think you should contact them than wait for an RFE, time is of essence in this process.

Hi Paudo,

Thank you for getting back to me. What I do not understand is the VB is now advanced to Aug 1 2013 however, VSC is still stuck with Sep 30 petitions :(. What the hell is actually going on with this bloody Service Centre not processing petitions beyond Sep 30? We only have 4 month left before our PD becomes current and at this time our case should have been transferred to NVC and case should have been completed. I am really finding it hard to understand their way of working. Anyone who had a case with VSC and had dealt with them before please share your experience with us so that we do not feel that sad , if it is a common thing. O lord almighty please help us and answer our prayers. Amen

Same boat as everyone else. No news from VSC. To be honestly I thought they would have started with approvals by now, but now I think they will only start approving applications once the PD is past their processing date of Sept 30th 2013. I can only pray that this VB jumps past that point. I have already resigned myself to thinking that it will be at least another 6-7 months before my PD is current (Jan 17th, 2014). I would really love to be reunited with my wife before Thanksgiving this year. I'll be missing her birthday this year again :(

Meanwhile people on H1 visas get their spouses to the US in less than 3 months AND now they are eligible to even work in the country all without hassle. And then they are eilgible to adjust status when the time comes. It's so ridiculous. VSC have just ignored the permanent residents completely.
