my wife file relative spouse visa for me in florida and she send out her document through post office using money order as payment option on 2rd jan 2015,until this present time ,there is no NOA#1,she called and they gave her a reference number of similar number like T1B04415067890vp that they will call her 3 to 5 day or she should call for step 2,i am confuse and need explanation from expert on here

Who did she call? Is that a reference number from post office? Did she send it thru regular mail? Did you send in the electronic notification form with the petition if you did you will get a text or e-mail when the USCIS accepts it. IF she sent it thru regular mail and using a money order it might take a little longer.

she called USCIS number and she talk to a customer care,they gave her that reference number,the application was send through a regular mail and this is more than one month

she also told me that level 2 officer will call her,i am getting sick by this process

I will not wait 5 days for them to call, maybe after a day or two call them to see if they found out anything. Also here is a link to the lockbox service center that is where your petition was first sent, maybe you could e-mail them also to see if your petition was accepted and see what service center it was routed too.

Where did she mail it to is the big question. If she's in Florida she mailed to Phoenix lock box, Correct?
