Mailed my I-751 - 11/3/06

California Service Center received my documents - 11/5/06

Check was cashed - 11/7/06

Received my NOA - 11/22/06

Biometrics - 11/25/06 and scheduled for 12/5/06

Here's the list of things I sent for the I-751:

Copy of my conditional green card and my passport

Copy of my military ID (my husband used to be in the Navy)

Copy of both of our drivers licenses showing the same address

Affidavit from a friend in the Navy

Affidavit from a friend in the area

Copy of 2005-2006 lease agreement for the room we used to rent

Copy of 2006 - onwards lease agreement for the apartment we’re renting

Copy of receipt/invoice for the car we purchased with both of our names

Copy of DMV’s car registration where both of our names can be found

Copy of 2005 tax return filed jointly

Copy of life insurance policy where my husband is the beneficiary

Copy of the health insurance (COBRA) policy from the Navy showing I was part of his health plan

Copy of joint checking and savings account bank statements

Copy of our actual Washington Mutual debit cards

Copy of a joint loan we got from Wells Fargo

Copies of our common utilities showing our names and address: cable, fridge rental, electricity

Copy of our joint Costco card membership

4 pictures as a couple taken from different places

3 pictures from my cousin’s 10 year birthday party we both attended

Which only goes to show you how much you can rely on the processing dates..... I just checked, and it says that California is processing I-751's from July 06. Yours was sent in November 06 and it's already approved.

That is true. To tell you honestly I never followed the processing times either. I was thinking more of my petition getting approved within 1 year per the NOA's content plus stories from this forum.

I'm really sorry to hear about your case. I hope though you wont get any RFE's. I think US immigration should also pay more attention to people who are legally following the justice system instead of diverting all the funds in cracking down illegal aliens.

yeah, i really dont pay attention either to the processing dates of the USCIS website, because if you look at *all* the service centres AND the district offices, they basically all have the same date with all of them, as if it was the same for every service centre thats all working on teh same page, (which isnt true!)
