Nothing you can do but wait until USCIS makes a decision and sends it to you. Hopefully it won't be much longer. You are lucky it got back to USCIS so fast.

Did you get denied or is your case still open? Did they give you a reason for a denial?

Sorry now that m case is in the uscis after It got sent from the embassy can we apply for k3 visa ?thanks

K3 isn't an option unless you plan on refiling all over again and file the I-130 and than the I-129F. K3 isn't an option because you will have a approved I-130 on the books and the process will die and you will go the CR1/IR1 route.

There is no fast way to get here. Your petition was denied and sent back you have to wait it out and see what decision USCIS comes to.

We didn't get denied we got a letter of intention of revoke and they asked for more proof of relationship so we sent more proof I was told that we will get the response with the denial or approval January 30 2015 my wife is giving me such a hard time questioning my choose of the type of visa and she said we shouldn't have got married and we should just get engaged and do the k1 visa and that I would have got here faster I was told in the begging not a lot of are approved on the k 1 visa specially in Egypt did I make the right choose or she is right and I did choice the wrong type visa ?

Either way your relationship would have had flags in it but at least with a spousal visa you can reaffirm at the USCIS (if they accept your evidence) and have another interview, but the K1 just get a denial and you either file again or get married and file.

You're from a high fraud country, this is just how it goes.

Could you do us a favour and fill in your timeline?
