You have a similar timeline to mine. I had my interview on Nov 10th 12:00pm too, but sadly I was there for almost 3 and a half hours. Interview was quick and painless thankfully, the consular officer was very nice and approved it after a couple minutes.

Case status was AP on the 14th and issued on the 15th. I've just booked a flight on the 29th, so I'm hoping the courier service will contact me soon!

3 and a half hours????? OMG why??

Anyway yea, our timeline is basically the same.

Can you create your VJ timeline for your profile? It will help us and other people starting the process to get a better understanding of the average timescales :)

APPROVED!!!

Pending 221g, Alex's dad confused him and told him he should only take a copy of his birth certificate, so he's going to mail that in ASAP. Hoping that won't set us back too long, im trying to do some digging to see what the timelines are.

KAT!! HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU!!

Also, just to let you know I received the DX courier email about 30 mins ago, so yours should hopefully be on its way too :)

Sure is, although it looks like it's only a 2 year card :o

Yes you still have Removal of Conditions to go through in 2 years' time. And, from what I've heard, it's a bit of a circus.

Yup, we get ROC to enjoy...

Start collecting your evidence of joint lives now, I have a file that I put bills, bank statements, joint insurance, purchases etc ready for sending to USCIS to prove we really are married and sharing our lives :)

Got my eye on a flight leaving one month today. All being well, this time next month I will be half-way there.

Good luck with removal of conditions. So glad we don't have to do that. Don't you find all this a real intrusion into your private life? I almost feel that USCIS and the embassy even know my shoe size now and what I ate last Wednesday.

You'll be on that plane :)

I figure that USCIS knew every detail of my life before they approved the petition, I reckon that if I ever get amnesia they can fill n the blanks for me lol

It's not what I'd choose but it's a small price to be with my husband and family :)

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey
