The USCIS website does not list the visa processing fees (which is $265 for a K-1). The Dept of State processes and issues visas. The USCIS site lists their forms and the fees for filing each one. The I-129F filing fee is $340.

hello,

I am looking to file for the K1 visa. She is from the Philippines. I cannot figure out what the right filing fee is. The USCIS website says 265.00 usd, but I am seeing a 340.00 usd number thrown around.

You are confusing 2 separate, but similar things: the PETITION for fiancé, which once approved allows your fiancé to apply for the VISA.

The first step of the process is the I-129F PETITION for fiancé...this costs $340. This is not a visa application, you are just petitioning USCIS to allow your fiancé to apply for a special class of visa, which is the K-1 visa.

The second step of the process is the K-1 VISA APPLICATION...this costs $265. This is the actual visa application for the K-1 visa.
