Hey all,

Any London embassy's goers on here....

We sent our readiness off on March 21st... Which was a Saturday, so I'm sure they did not get it until the following Monday....

It is now April 13th, and we have not received anything regarding our interview... I just tried to call the DOS and their systems are down so they couldn't check our case status... How long does it usually take for them to assign an interview date ?

Please Help!!!! Thank you!!

I called the NVC and got the interview date from them because London Embassy is notorious for late notices via the post regarding interview dates!

I believe packet three is just you completing the online ready form....it is NOT something that is sent to you!

Thanks JenDave3121 for the reply, so what will he needs to go to his interview on monday besides the medical and the police report.

Thank you Jen, do you have the NVC # handy or is it the same as the DOS? The DOS is whom I've been calling.. 603-334-0700

Hi everyone! I am so glad to be here. Finally, WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!

I have question if anyone can help please. Based on the income requirements, my income is not enough to support my fiancé, and I know we can get a cosponsor. BUT MY QUESTION IS: It is possible to count money (in bank) and other things (car, house) that my fiancé owns (since he is going to bring all his money with him) ??? Or does then support have to be just from me (us sitizen). I don't know what to do. I am hopping we can combine my income and his money. PLEASE HELP!!!

:time:

A lot of this depends on the country you are petitoning for. Where is your fiance from? It is an option if the fiance has significant resources (3-5x the amount that is the difference between the poverty level and your income).

Scheduled my medical for April 27th. Need some more questions answered by the embassy about my military records then I'll finish up the DS-160 and will book my interview. Right now we're right on schedule for an interview in May.

Hello All,

Two quick questions...

1) when a civil document is bilingual (local language and English) do we still need to provide an English translation?

2) we filled out ds 160 and didn't save the application so only have confirmation page. Just to be positive that all the info is correct, can we fill out another one online? Would that cause any issues?

Congrats to all for the good news. Good luck to all for every step of the process. And prayers for those stuck at any stage. We all know how it feels and wish u best of luck.

Thanks
