We are planning to apply for my fiancee visa soon, so we can get married by the end of this year.
Is there any problem the fact that he is in Brazil right now to apply for the visa?

no problem. Just be prepared to have a co-sponsor if your fiance doesn't have US-based income that meets the State Department threshold.

About the money order , his mom can easily do it for us.
He also already have an income since he is retired war veteran.

Do you guys have any idea where do we pay the fee ?

I didn't see nothing in the website , does it mean I have to send the I-129 by mail first and wait for their answer ?
Do I have to send all our pictures , and proof of financial support with the I-129 form ? Or just the I-129 first ?

It needs to be a US money order, not sure how you go about getting one in Brazil, others may be able to advise.

No, I believe you will have to put an American address down since USCIS will have to send you documents via traditional mail. I think you could use a relative's address. If your fiancee has any family on the west coast, see if you can use their address to avoid the Texas Service Center.

Do you have someone reliable in the US who's address you can use as a mailing address for the petition? This would be your best bet.

Guys , I really appreciatte all your help , I'm all done with all the paperwork , thank god.
The only issue now is , We are in Brazil and They dont have money order here.
Is it possible to ask my Fiance's mom to buy a money order and sign with her name ??

At the money order she will have to sign her name , is that a problem ?

I was thinking to send all the paperwork to her and she buy the money order and put inside the envelope and she send it to USCIS.
Any Thoughts ??
