Can I switch my employment? Already have appointment date!

As the title of this post says I am looking into switching my employment from a 9-5 job to spending more time on my startup. My wife's appointment date is now 30days away. I had made a post similar to this in past asking what would happen if I was to switch my employment but at that time the status of my AOS was not yet complete, so I decided to stick it out until the process was finished.

Now that we have the appointment date in hand and everything is completed and reviewed, would it matter if I was to switch jobs?

Agree there is no obligation to retain the same employment throughout the process.

Just to note your AOS process is not complete until the visa is approved. Ecen then if you move you should notify the USCIS.
