I am so grateful to God we have been approved for a visa!!!!!!!!! My hubby had a very good interview experience. He was not asked a lot of questions by the immigration officer and the few questions he was asked he was often cut off by the officer when answering because she already seemed satisfied with his answers. He took a binder full of forms, copies and evidence and the officer did not ask to see any of it. I also sent 3 photobooks I made with him and the officer only looked at 5 pages of 1 and was satisfied. I'll be posting a full review later. I just wanted to take the time to thank Dwheels, Solenta and other VJ members who have been such an amazing support. May God bless you all as much as He has blessed us.

Hello everyone,

I am in need of your advice. My P4 says that NVC has submitted or sent all required documents to the Montreal consulate; does this mean I do not need to bring any photocopies except for the P4 letter???

Even for the passport photos the code says NVC sent them to the US Embassy/Consulate.

Thank you! I would say even if you don't need to take copies I would take them anyways just to have it. You never know if documents may get lost in the procees as itbhas happened to other VJ members. If this happened to you ich I pray it doesnt, iit would avoid delays in gettng your visa when you are approved if you can give them what they ask for the day of the interview.

Called NVC. A lady supervisor told me that for BOMBAY embassy all February is all booked, now they will move to March. I hope I get a March Interview and no later than that. I was hoping for Feb. I guess that's not a possibility anymore.

Oh I am so sorry that they are all booked for Mumbai Consulate. Do you have any idea about New Delhi consulate? Is anyone else too waiting for interview to be scheduled in New Delhi consulate?

Which number should i call for interview date to be change to earlier date? And What is the email address to send them email about it ?

send them an email request at support-india@ustraveldocs... address. The VFS guys will forward it to the consulate, if they find it relevant for follow up. You will receive a response directly from the consulate if the request is approved.

I don't know how much it matters, but it might help to substantiate your request with documentary evidences (such as employment joining letter, in case of substantial financial loss due to delay, for e.g.).

Good luck!
