I called NVC on 13th to ask if there are any updates on our case and the lady told me the documents are reviewed and the case is in final stage of completion. She said she forwarded our case to supervisor so supervisor can complete it. After 2 hours , we received an email with checklist

"In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Items 13.a.1 The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal
income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead."
we corrected mistake and sent the document overnight. NVC received it on 15th. Only one mistake in AOS. has anyone been through the same? I wanted to know how much time they take to review the checklist response. Will they review IV package after this? I hope they finished reviewing my IV package before sending checklist .

Sorry to hear that. They are currently taking 60 days for reviewing everything, including a checklist response.

Hi

So far I have paid my AOS fees and there is an option to email yourself an AOS cover sheet (Different from Document cover sheet which list al the documents you needs. This AOS cover sheets as follows

DOCUMENT COVER SHEET
The next step in the immigration process is for the
Petitioner to submit an Affidavit of Support. A link to the
instructions has been provided for you on the Receipt Page.
You can also find the instructions on the NVC website at
www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov
You MUST RETURN THIS COVER SHEET with the
Petitioner's completed forms and supporting documents.
Failure to do so will delay your visa(s).
Please attach this page to the front of the documents for
this case and mail to:
National Visa Center
Attn. CMR AOS
31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914
It will also quote the applicant and the corresoponding bar code.
MY QUESTION - Is there a similar cover letter when you pay the IV fee that you can email and print that refer specifically to the IV fee or is it generally the same info.
Thanks in advance
