Put the baby's name in the I-129F for the mom. So if the mom's visa is approved the daughter will get a K-2.

Do I understand well it's your fiancée daughter right??? She may need something verifying she has custody to bring the baby, in case there is a dad

Children do not automatically get a K-2 just because the parent gets a K-1. You must apply separately for each K-1 and K-2 visas that are needed.

OP> For the I-129F petition, you simply list the child where it asks on the form. After the petition is approved, then the mother can apply for a K-1 visa for herself and a K-2 visa for the child. Ask the consulate you will be going through directly about the procedures and requirements for applying for a K-2 visa for a child under 2.

Does My U.S. Citizen Fiancé(e) Need to File Separate Petitions for My Children?

No. Your eligible children may apply for K-2 visas based on the approval of Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), that your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) filed on your behalf, but your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) must list the children on the petition. Separate visa applications must be submitted for each K-2 visa applicant, and each applicant must pay the K visa application fee.

Yes :) I just wrote how to start I thought filling forms later was an obvious part but I realize it could be confusing for someone who ask help assuming things and not mentioning the rest.

Form is the I-129F, follow the GUIDE here for completing the petition. (blue bar at the top of the screen)

List the child in Part 2, 16a - 19h.

One question. Is the child yours? If yes, that is a totally different process for the child.

Put the baby's name in the I-129F for the mom. So if the mom's visa is approved the daughter will get a K-2.

Do I understand well it's your fiancée daughter right??? She may need something verifying she has custody to bring the baby, in case there is a dad

The mother needs nothing from the father, in the Philippines the mother has sole custody of a child.
