Hi VJ members, I have a friend that had went for her exam for her U.S. Citizeship. She pass the exam but she had told me that the IO asked her only 2 questions besides from writing a sentence on paper. She said that if you get the first question right then they will asked you one more question. By reading on uscis website, it said that you have to get 6 questions right out of 10 questions. I think that my friend doesn't know what she is talking about. I only want to make sure that I am right about them asking you and must get 6 out of 10 questions right. Thank you everyone.

I've read every interview experience posted on this website in 2014 and dozens from 2013... of course I may have missed two or three... but I have never read anything about anyone being asked only 2 civics questions.

The 2 he/she is talking about are the oral/writing test: the IO tells you to write a short sentence (testing you understand) and you write them (testing you can write English)
