I got an interview 4th of Dec 2014 for O-1 visa at US embassy in Toronto. The interviewer doubted my petition and he said that "we need 1 week for further review of petition"

and I waited 7 days.

The US embassy reqiested me 7days after

"please provides to this office the copies of USCIS XX/XX/XXXX letter requesting additional information, as well as the copy of the documents you submitted in reply on XX/XX/XXXX.

and I submitted at the same day.this date is last friday,,12th of DEC.

I am still waiting the rusult but i have no idea what is happening ..my situation is administrative processing..

why they need my all petition?could you guess what will be happend?

They have my passoport and I have 221g green paper.

My visa will be denied or approval??

please give me your opinion!!

Unfortunately no one can tell you how long administrative processing will take in your particular case; it can vary quite significantly from individual to individual and there is no way to tell how long it will take. All you will know for sure is when it's done it's done.

Thank you for replaying me!!

A lawyer told to me that there are some possibilities that my petition will be denied...I can't believe that..

if I decide to abandon to get in toronto and to have new interview of my countriy, its going to be more difficult than in toronto??

Thank you!!

therefore,my friend advised me that "you dont had better believe what the lawyer said to you."

because a lawyer gave me advice as free and she guessed he wants to get money from me.

She mean he told me for being his client saying bad situation.

So I decided to wait,,,but want to get visa this week....I just gave the additional documents that is English translation about my credit,,,

why they wanted to see this.....

hope US embassy gave me visa...soon,,,,T-T
