My petition I 130 under f4 category has just approved. I had just petioned for my sister only. Can I bring my whole sister family together??? What I need to do?? Please suggest some ideas?? Plzz guys

so you didn't put spouse and children on the i130 form?

if not at the nvc stage, you can send copy of birth certificates and marriage certificate?

when was she petitioned and what country are they from

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thnx for ur information guys.. I petioned her on 2010. My sister was untried that time. They are from nepal. What I know is that I need to update my documents. How to update documents.. Which form do I need to fill up ?? Any idea . I am new in visa journey . I will update my timeline vet doon
