i,m talking about Vermont service center

Even though they do not process petition faster at least they should consider moving the dates as the VB moved up by one month in the last consecutive months. Therefore, I disagree with the way they work and how they handle petitions. that even if it is approved it will still sits with NVC at least it is better to have something than nothing that keeps your hope up. national time frame is 5 months but since September 2013 f2a forms is not moving it's gives frustrations .

can we raise case query or complain to some organs for this unfair treatment ?

what is our fault that our case is in VSC :((. they should treat everybody equally . a friend who filed case at CSC on June, has approval and my October case is still damn under processing.

there should be a way to make our voice heard?

I agree with everyone. Same boat here. It's been stuck in VSC and I was furious to see that it's moved back to Sept 23 instead of moving forward. Why is all the workload coming to this service center and why aren't they shifting cases to other service center. I'm going to reach out to my senator to find out what can be done. This is ridiculous.

Hi all,

Does anyone know the reason why VSC dragged the processing time backward instead of forward? Do you guys think its because of the new immigration act that was announced by President Obama so that they are giving priority to those rather than us. I am really really shocked to see a messed up system like this. When I checked on the visa calculator we have around 7 to 8 month left for our priority date to become current however, our i130 has not even been looked at :( this is totally unacceptable and I hope we can see a dramatic change by the new year. Has any called to ask what the reason is for them to drag the date?
