My GC expires tomorrow. I waited this long, because i had a long time contemplating whether or not to file. I am going through a bitter divorce , i was casualty in out marriage and i thank God i was saved from being poisoned in my own home. I thought of going back to my home country to start all over, but when i think of how my spouse will alienate our only daughter from me, i am encouraged to stay back to be in my daughters life. I have lost so much and i really dont know where to start from. Is it still too late to send in my petition today , looking at various options like an overnight mail, etc....any other suggestions?

I would include an explaination in the cover letter as to why it is late. I would send it via express mail and waive the signature requriement as it seems to get processed faster and it going to a PO box anyway, so why have them have to sign for it? All you want is the proof of delivery.

Good luck,

Dave
