Submitting evidence of "bad faith" marriage?

Hi Everyone,

As most people on here, my situation is unique. But long story short: I filed for a K-1 for my husband, we got married last year, he was abusive, and we separated after a few months. However, he really wanted to be in the US, so I helped him keep up appearances of our marriage until he received his conditional green card. I've been questioning whether or not he entered into our marriage in good faith, and I want to submit evidence along with our divorce decree. But I don't know what and to whom I would be sending this info. How do I go about this?

@seth2013, it's complicated but a few months into our separation i told him I didn't want a divorce. I loved him, I thought we could work through our issues (our families weren't supportive of us and that impacted our relationship). He insisted, saying the damage was done and it's best to move on. So I guess, I may have participated in fraud?

We are our choices, and your poor choices benefited him, now it's too late, divorce and move on.
