Six San Diego-area teenagers, including one under 18 have been arrested and charged with murder in the beating of two homeless men that left one of the transients dead and the other injured, county sheriff's deputies said on Monday.

Sheriff's deputies found Hissom, 55, deceased and Allen, 49, injured after a person called police to report a fight under a highway overpass in Santee, Califiornia, San Diego County Sheriff's Detective John Maryon said.

"They got me down under the bridge and started beating the hell out of me; the girls handed the bottles to the boys and said, 'Here, go hit him in the head,'" Allen said.

"Steve was a quiet man, he wanted to be left alone. I'm going to miss him a hell of a lot," said Allen.

Three 19-year-old men, Tyler Dare, Brian Kish, and Danny Swan III, and two 18-year-old women, Cassidy Rowin and Sarah Baillie, along with an unidentified juvenile under 18, were jailed on Sunday and have been charged with premeditated murder and assault with a deadly weapon.

Capital punishment still exists in California although it was ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge.

Because of that, the state wouldn't/won't proceed with an execution until an appeal is resolved.

I would be in favor if convicted in a court of law for a public hanging on national TV .. The same goes for the teens that killed that Muslim fellow in St Louis..this week.

What liberals say that? Personally, jail for the rest of your life is far worse than death. Because when you die, that's it. Living for the rest of your life with no freedom and having to watch your backside 24/7 seems more cruel. You do know what happens in prison right? It's not cable tv and gourmet food they're serving in there. Not to mention prison rapes, getting stabbed if you look at someone wrong, or all the other countless things that happen on a daily basis. It's not like OITNB.

Lawyers are motivated by money. It's that simple. This is how that kid who killed those folks in a car while driving drunk was able to walk. He suffered from affluenza.
