Perhaps if Brown had not charged Wilson after being shot that would have been the case. Once the gun was out and fired from inside the vehicle, that pretty much sealed Brown's fate when he decided to charge at Wilson again.

In fact, I was simply using a colloquial metaphor to provide you a little empathy for your obsessive insistence to argue and support the invisible issue of this thread and the many others like it.

I'm military trained, not a police officer, but what's the point of having a PR-24, or an asp, or mace for that matter? Wilson was in a fist fight, not an assassination attempt. Because if what you're saying is true, then anytime a person goes on a shooting spree, there's no excuse for them to be alive.
