If it were me I would just send the main pages that include names, dates, addresses and signatures. They probably don't need to see the conditions for the rental.

if it were me, since it's a legal document,

i'd include all pages.

but that's just me.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

the RoC submittal has the potential to be the biggest, thicket set o stuff you'll submit, as it mostly deals with financial co-mingling and proof-of-same.

When I submitted all our documents, I only submitted the pages with the pertinent information and left out conditions pages (such as the deed to our property, our home owner's insurance, etc, which all have many, many pages to them). They didn't seem to care that we only submitted those and we were approved no prob.

I would only include the ""Declaration"" page of each article, showing the content, of the entire document, such as an insurance policy.,..,.

We are keeping joint bank statements each months, power bill, h2o bill, insurance bills, MY WILL, joint credit cards, and their statements, and there are some other things, but we file next Oct.1, 2015, for ROC.

I hope this will be enough to satisfy them! We have a great marriage!

I get what is called a lease addendum, which only shows the important info such as the persons who live in the apartment and the amount of the rent. Most people get something similar with their apartment lease and it is highly unnecessary to send in so many pages. As suggested previously, send in the relevant part of the lease, i.e. the names of the tenants and such. They don't want to see pages that talk about your legal rights if you fail to pay your rent.

This does not constitute legal advice.

we're about to file our I-751 soon. My rental lease agreement is 27 pages every year I have 3 leases so thats about 81 pages.

Does anybody know about sending a rent lease agreement all pages or just a few pages? Should I send just where names, year and signatures is?

I agree with Darnell... send it ALL! Plus anything and everything with both your names listed dating back to year "1"
