Bellylaugh,

On February 25, I received a letter saying that the petition has been approved. Today (February 28) I received a text message saying that my case is now updated. When I checked online, it said "new card is being produced". :dancing::dancing::dancing:

Is there anyone from California who has had their interview, or who hasn't had their interview scheduled.

I've received my advance parole and work permit/EAD but haven't had an interview scheduled, while a friend who coincidentally filed the same day in another state has his green card already.

Hey Mike,

Although I'm not from California, our timelines are quite similar. I received my EAD a month ago. My status says, as of December 17, they are ready to schedule my interview. What about yours? I think it has to be scheduled pretty soon, for both of us.

Hey November filers, you should probably come hang out with us in the December thread! Based on what I have been reading here some of you either have your green card already in hand or don't have an interview yet scheduled.

So, if you're still waiting for an interview notice, if you come to December you'll be able to see other people still waiting like you... It helps! Just friendly advice.

Just realized I've been in the wrong forum this whole time. Hi everyone, we are waiting :) It took us a while to reply to our RFE, is that why its taking so long for us to hear back?

Hey daydreaming,

They took 38 days to answer my RFE! did they answer you yet? I hope so!

Hi MrsHopkins,

I made an appointment with USCIS for this Monday. Not sure if it will help our case. The last message I received was this:

On February 4, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by April 5, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed.

Nov 17 2014 - USCIS texts/emails received with case number
Nov 21 2014 - Biometric letter sent to us

Dec 02 2014 - Biometric letter received (Appointment on Dec 12)

Dec 11 2014 - Biometrics done (Appointment on 12)
Dec 04 2014 - RFE letter sent to us
Dec 18 2014 - RFE letter received(Request for Initial Evidence)
Feb 04 2015 - Evidence for RFE received
Feb 10/11/19- Card being ordered, produced, mailed to us

Feb 23 2014 - Received EAD card in mail (was supposed to be 21, delay due to snow storm.)
