Just wanted to check processing times. My application for K-1 is in the Texas Center. I saw on the timeline page that July 3, 2014 NOA1 are being processed. Is that a guess on time frame? My NOA1 was received on June 24, 2014 and I haven't heard a word. Logged into UCIS and there is no information available. Site was recently changed and there could be a hiccup in the system, but seeing July 3 processing has me a bit worried. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi there,

I also got NOA 1 on June 24 and I am still waiting for NOA2 from TSC. Their website has not been updated since August 31st. At that time they were processing March 4. I have no clue where are they now.

I am in the same frustrating situation. I received NAO1 june 12th, still waiting for NAO2 with no clue as to when that will be, because

when I call they have no information to give.

The VJ site will only show you some calculation of an estimated date USCIS is working on - it is only a small sample of those who have sent in petitions and it does not mean much of anything. Just check the official processing times at USCIS.gov, then review the actual timelines here to see each couples NOA1 then NOA2 date at TSC without transfer. This will at least give you an idea where they actually are, rather than where the non-updated USCIS site tells you.

Remember that couples from the Phillippines and Ukraine are likely still being expedited, so ignore those when looking at the timeline data.

Are you freaking kidding me??? This is so scary. My NOA1 is July 9 and i have virtually no idea if it will be done by year end 2014 or Year end 2015!

I am sorry. Please tell them that that was true as of August 31 when they were working on March 4th cases but it has been over 2 months since then. Demand to speak to a tier 2 officer or make an infopass appointment. Talk to your congressman and senator and local officials. Explain to everyone that there are people in June and July who have been approved and point out that you have already waited over 5 months and are now well over the normal processing times. Good luck!!!
