i sent pakage to uscis by usps and i tracked it its delivered 8 October till now no any thing every day i call the bank if they take the money 420$ not yet its soo late

Noa 1 shld be send via email in 10 days maxx if e notification was filed

i would contact USCIS and speak in details.. And also check with lawyer or may be resend everything after canceling the last cheque

You live in NY, correct? Did you send the petition to the Chicago Lockbox as directed?

You need to call 1-800-375-5283, the USCIS' National Customer Service Center hotline and ask to speak to a Tier 2 officer. Ask them if the Chicago Lockbox has received a petition filed by [petitioner's name]. They should be able to tell you if there are any issues with it.

Congrats ur case is being reviewed. No need to worry .. Try finding postal mail with Alien no sent by them. It must be somewhere.

Dont know which service centre is processing.. Depending upon service centre max time for completion at USCIS is approx G months
