Also from NJ, Nov 12th for NOA1 at TSC. Not sure why all of NJ petitions are going there, wish there was a way to get it transferred to CSC. Not happy about a 6 month wait for NOA2 when CSC is getting it done in as little as 3 - 5 weeks.

So happy for you! And if NVC has revived yours they must have mine...my I-130 was approved the day before yours at CSC. Love seeing these updates from you and Kels!

I also was wondering why all NJ petitions have been getting transferred to Texas when .. Vermont is our service center ..Once you are there YOU cannot get it transferred.. they have the ball in their court...We are getting screwed for sure...

I just noticed that TSC is showing a glimmer of hope.. They are now at 5 days for an NOA-1 as compared to the others....... they are at 8-9 days for an NOA-1

Mabye ...and I say Mabye they knew that they were going to pick up in the new year with processing times...Cant say for sure as of yet but the charts all indicate a speed up

in the response time for the NOA-1 if they can do the same with the NOA-2 then we will not be as bad off as we are now at that service center...Time will tell.. we will see

what it looks like in 30-45 more days.... Let us all hope that those of us who are at TSC.. ..the other service centers slow down and we catch up to them..... Especially CSC

TSC is also down to 170 days for NOA2, I believe it was at 183 days over the weekend.

To look at the bright side, at least we didn't wind up in NBC with their 270 day processing time.

When you look at it that way you are right...we could be at the bottom of the barrel.. at least being at TSC we still have some water to swim in before we sink to NBC's level ...I hope they also pick up.. None of us wants to wait any lenght of time to be reunited with our spouse's... Happy New Year to everybody here............

Still nothing kels? NVC keeps on telling us to wait 42 days after they receive.. you're almost there ! and that would put me at the end of January. I hope it goes fast after that :/

Hi everyone, thank you so much for posting here. It gives the rest of us hope!! I love this forum, came across it today and wont look back.

My husband has just left for the US and will be filing for my Spouse visa from there, does anyone know my expected wait time till I get the visa? We wanted to do it from South Africa but he didn't get a South African visa so he has to go back!! :(

I will keep an update as soon as he files, he is going to be filing from Philadelphia!

There is no way to tell until he files the petition and you see what service center it gets sent to.. but on avaerage it is 8 months - 12 months or more....

Again.......... it all depends on where it goes.................Every case is different..
