Hi,

I am a Tunisian graphic designer, I live currently in Tunisia and I am looking for a job in USA. I've been applying online for many many jobs related directly to the field of my studies and professional experience, though I often don't get answers. Is there any other way to find an employer to sponsor me?

Not familiar with your field but 2 things come to mind.

Linkedin etc, networking, many tech jobs if you are good enough Employers come to you.

Transfer with your current Employer.
