Hello,

I am a U.S citizen and I have been in a relationship with my fiance for about 4 and a half years, he is from Brazil so we decided to start the K-1 visa process. We have plenty of evidence such as emails, messages, boarding passes, tickets, pictures etc from one another, but I wasn't sure if that all needs to be translated. Most of it is in Portuguese because he does not speak fluent English. Does anyone know if I need to that all of that translated? Can i do it? how does that work?
Thanks!

I started the k-1 visa myself over 2 years ago. My language is Spanish. All documents that were written in Spanish I had to translate to English and date and sign documents and. After the translation on the bottom write that you are fluent in the English language and are qualified to translate date and sign..
