Congratulations! Although we are not in Canada, I read your review! Excellent detailed information! Thank you for that. I'm sure hubby can use all information! Celebrate! :D

Thanks! I am glad it was helpful!

Congrats! When are you moving to Alaska? :star: Next summer (once it gets nice and warm there)?

Thanks! I am moving ASAP. And yes, the longest nights and darkest months of the year are beginning, but oh well, at least my little family will be together, and we love snow! In fact, I bought myself some real winter boots from The Bay in Montreal during my visit! lol. Not joking! I haven't owned Sorels since I was a child! Soooo excited and happy!!! AND my ceac status changed to Issued! Hurrah!!

Does anyone know when they will stop scheduling December interviews. We got our CC on 30th Oct and no news yet. An NVC rep did tell me yesterday that Sydney is wide open but not sure if he actually has access to that information.

Hi guys

I am certainly no expert on this but I am pretty sure I saw on a post somewhere that if you get an interview date email before the CC email is due, seven days after your Case is completed that you never receive a CC email at all. Does that make sense.

Let's see what somebody else has to say.

Has anyone had any success scheduling their biometrics and medical appointment in the same day? Also, has anyone had success scheduling those appointments one day before the interview?

I did schedule the biometrics and medical for the same day and yes landing on one day before the interview, It's next week, I'll let you know how it ends up working out, but it seems pretty simple, the medical will be at 6:00 AM will definitely be done no later than 11:00 (as I was told by the clinic) and the biometrics scheduled for 1:00 pm and will pick up medical results between 2:00 and 4:00 PM and ready for the interview the next day. We did it this way because I really wanted to be in Ciudad Juarez with my wife during this whole process and there was no way for me to get out of work on Tuesday, we will fly on Wednesday, biometrics and medical on Thursday and interview on Friday, it all sounds good and looks good on paper, we'll see if all goes as smoothly as planned, I sure hope so.

OH and hey Congrats on your CC and interview date, you will be in Ciudad Juarez in no time at all.

I have no idea either. I don't think it matters really so I'm not worries about it at all, just curious. But, we got our CC on a Saturday and didn't get the P4 email until Monday. Who knows. I'm just so glad to be done with all of this ridiculousness soon!

Hope you get your interview date today/tomorrow!

Yeah me too. I would be seriously disappointed if I don't get a December interview but I should do. They are still scheduling. I am just panicking.

My husband is going over to Whidbey Island for Thanksgiving. Will be his last one without us.

Hello make sure you take your 2012 and 2013 w2 forms when you go for the interview. I had submitted the IRS tax transcript at NVC and my wife had a copy of it with her. But they asked for the W2 forms. That's how I got 221g.

Yes!! I had that experience..

Well that's a embassy specific question you may want to ask you your countries forum. I know Lagos the queue starts building at about 4am for appoints if you are there even at 7am you could be denied access in.

Thank you

Visa status says ready !

Will someone please answer my previous question :( . My interview is at 1 pm so I was wondering how early should I be there ?

Thank you :)

Congrats! When are you moving to Alaska? :star: Next summer (once it gets nice and warm there)?

Maybe 1 hour earlier is good. :)

But... I can see you camping in front of the embassy overnight if your OCD acts up badly.:rofl::rofl:

Samreen!!!!???? :wow::wow::wow::wow::wow::wow::wow::wow::wow::wow:

And my. OCD replays "what a great idea Austin " lol

Our interview is tomorrow and we never received a case complete email...only the P4 email with interview date! No worries!

Good luck!
