Got the interview letter p4 today!

Just got our P4 letter! So excited and nervous! But if I read the codes correctly, we aren't missing any documents and there's nothing in particular we have to bring to the interview, except the basics of the letter, med exam, photos, etc.

I get to leave for Chile in 23 days!!!

Has anyone purchased flights for POE yet? I'm on the fence with if I should by now or wait unitl after the interview.

I have but for 15 days after the interview because we found one so cheap that even a need to change the date with us air would still make it as cheap as anything else we found. I wouldn't recommend to anyone doing the same though, it's your call. The last few days London has been getting visas out so fast that now I wish I'd waited, could have left earlier

But In the letter theres No list of physicians.is it normal?

Yes just put up the apartment for transfer of lease on craiglist about 20 min ago. Fingers crossed. Montreal is pretty strict about renting and leasing. ordered the whole list of travel history from canada to USA. Put the selected pictures together. Its coming along, while i do a 60 hour/week full time job. whew…i need a drink or two or 6. LOLOLO . i think in the x-ray they will only see alcohol in my system. LOL

I am a naturalized canadian but originally from so I don't know. . I have travelled to US like 24 times in the last 2 years and before that lived in USA for 12 years.

Let me put it this way…i have to make sure i shave and not have a BEARD…as unfortunately I always fit into the "random" screening people on airport lines.

Awwww stop now. Thank you. My daughter has an apartment in Montreal. She loves traveling up there so much she said hell let me get a place. LOL

Yes its normal. NVC has no idea what each countries physicians are.

ok ….just finished reading all 16 pages for the december interview thread…took me some time….

The interview is on Dec 8 and starting to compile all the paperwork for the interview. I realized like Ketsuban, I followed my lawyers advice when submitting for I-130 and didn't submit pics etc for our relationship, just the required documents. So making a thick folder of our travel through the last 2 years from Montreal-NYC (we visited each other every other weekend)…lots of $$$$$$…photos, bank accounts, credit cards, living will etc. Hopefully the CO will give us a chance to submit documents there, IF NEEDED. Who knows!!

I still have to do the medical, rent out my apartment, give official notice at the job, sell everything at my place, close all accounts.. Damn….this is becoming crazzzzy!!!!

Are you mistaking me for Stackeria? I think that's who it was who didn't send any proof. I sent in quite a bit with my I-130, including pictures, chat logs, email etc. We didn't use a lawyer. My father-in-law (a divorce lawyer himself) kept pressuring my husband to retain an attorney while we were stuck in the USCIS backlog but I was like "HELL NO "

You're moving to the US 4 DAYS after your interview!?

Well, I'm doing the same thing, but I live 40 minutes from the US/Canada border so it'll be so much easier for me to move there.

More like 5, if I can it seems there is the possibility the visa will be "Issued" the same day, so I might get it by the end of the week. Then I can leave on the Sunday and be there in time for Thanksgiving

It's still easy for me to get into the US, it just takes about 10 hours longer than your journey does
