i was just wondering how long before my husband received his green card, he received the work permit already and were just wondering how long will take to get the actual Green Card.. and do we still need to go for interview?

You need to fill in your timeline for us to be able to give you an estimate. Since you haven't been able to do that, we really can't help you as your filing time will depend entirely on where you sent your information in.

Those adjusting from a K-1 have about a 50% chance of being approved without an interview. It usually takes longer when being approved without an interview though. You will either receive a letter letting you know of your interview waiver, or a letter to let you know about your interview location and date.
