Revoking I-129F

Please, no condolences, guys... they hurt so much now.

The man I loved to death turned to be a shithead. I figured out he abandoned a woman, pregnant with him. He was in the relationship with her and was pleading her to give him a baby girl exactly in the same words he is saying to me now. And then simply escaped, when she was 6 months pregnant, without saying a word. My feelings are betrayed. I can't love him anymore. I wrote to him the final letter, and now I have to get my life back on track.

How do I revoke the petition? If I revoke it before it was approved, will I still be considered a multiple filer, in case I file for someone else before the 2 year term?

Again, please, no condolences. I am lucky I figured all that out before I brought him to the US.

Send a letter withdrawing the petition to the same place from which you received your NOA-1.

If you want to be on the safe side you can send a copy of the letter to the US Embassy in his home country, just as an FYI.

If you want to be on the safe side you can send a copy of the letter to the US Embassy in his home country, just as an FYI.

This sound like the right way to do it, I may add make sure you include all of the pertinent data.

Type up a letter.

opening subject line should be something like request withdrawal for I-129f form

Next line I would put receipt number

then,

I Martha Stewart hereby request that my I-129F (K1 Visa) Petition ______________ fill with receipt number.

State petitioners info

State beneficiary Info.

up to you but you may put in a reason, like

Reason for request, received proof of infidelity on the part of the beneficiary.

put in a signature block and have notarized.

send a copy by mail and email to U.S. consulate in beneficiary's country.

you may also call the Servicing center handling your case and ask for it to be put on hold pending receipt of your letter.

I did a little searching to help you out here, please review these links

You are right, but we never know... Thank you for the wish! I moved on comparatively easily, I am lucky he didn't have a chance to betray me, which he could had I brought him here.

The withdrawal letter has already been sent this afternoon...

Given the lightning fast efficiency of TSC, there is no telling. I would give them until the end of the week and then start the calling process (go straight to a Tier 2 rep). There is no harm that can be done even if it takes a few weeks and you happen to receive NOA2 in the meantime. You can still have it withdrawn or allow it to lapse either way. Although I am sure you want closure and want it done asap so I would call later this week. Good luck :)

Do you think they've reacted to my withdrawal letter and closed my case? This is what I've read at USCIS website today:

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

I'll wait for a week or so for some paper from them, then I'll call if they dont' send anything.
