What would America look like without the economic benefits of slavery and an entire segment of the population segregated by law until 1966.

Darn guys. I recover from a month long trip overseas then get invaded by 4 dentist from the Philippines for 5 days. I have driven over 600 miles going everywhere. There favorite spot. Sams club. I have a living room full of Hash Browns, kids toys, Pancake mix to be shipped there.

I might add it is frighting how laid back this thread was. Page 2 started joking, and there has been very little back and forth. I got Marvin stirred up right off the bat. Always a good thing.

I did see a Mod action, but oddly enough a comment about blacks picking cotton, did not even draw a comment . Sometimes I am just amazed

I get that. But you seem to focus on the bad parts(crime rate, single mother stat) but ignore the other bad parts(institutionalized racism, poverty, police brutality)

No I don't. I have talked about that being part of the equation many times with you. My point was, the story or graphics tended to make a one sided argument.

Racism is every bit to blame with terrible situation the black community finds it self in,as the problems the black community brings on itself. It's not a simple black and white issue.
