December filers....

December filers;

Everyday we are all one day closer to being with our loved one again. My fiancée and I tell ourselves this each day. At night we look at the stars and know the other has too! Say a prayer, make a wish, and know all these obstacles will make your goal that much sweeter. Be safe and good luck to a speedy approval all…

Best wishes,

Mary Cris and Robert

hey???? where are all the december filers??? :unsure:

Hi I'm a December filer. I just found this site 4 days ago and don't know the terms yet. I sent in the 129-F on the 25th of December and received the receipt on the 27th. I'm glad I found this website.

I'm also Dec. with a Fiancee in Ukraine. Sent I129F to Vermont, was forwarded to California, got the NOA1 on Dec 12th. Touched on the 14th and nothing since then.

Since I'm a couple weeks ahead of you I'll let you know when I get any activity.

Good Luck

john

Wow. They forwarded a Vermont I129f to California?

First I've heard of that! Bum luck for you cos Vermont is typically lightning fast (a few weeks as opposed to a few months).

If you mistakenly file your petition to the wrong service center they will transfer it to the right one.

YMMV

If we didn't know all about this, we might have filed at Vermont as well, since they're fast when it comes to giving approval :blush: But of course, we knew that we're under CSC jurisdiction so no choice but have our case sitting there till it's time for them to check it :crying:
