I am the same way. I sent my application mid April, 2014 and completed my BIO May 13. My status changed on the web on May 15 to be in line for an interview. I have been waiting ever since and my field office is Atlanta. I called raising hell about waiting almost 8 months and the IO told me that my file is in MO and she sent them an inquiry about it. She also told me that I should have a letter in the mail from MO to explain why I am still waiting for 8 months now. Super frustrated.

So, I called USCIS yesterday, asking if I can speak with tier 2 personnel, after holding for an hour and 20 mins finally the supervisor get on the phone. I mentioned to her that I filed in June 15, 2014 and since July 10, the status shows line for interview. She said let me check what is going on in Houston, and she said the problem is in Missouri where they're processing Houston files. She mentioned that Houston office asked for my file 3 times but no response from MO. In end the she mentioned that she will send an inquiry and I will hear from them in 10 days, so am counting days now.

I am not even sure if it's normal that it has been 4 months since my finger print and I am not still inline for interview. They sent me a second bio letter last month, I took the letter there to do another finger print but they said the letter was glitch after he check his computer (entering my info) so I didn't have to do second bio!

I believe it does not matter when you get inline they will go in order anyways so it does not matter if you go inline 1 day after your bio or 5 months after the bio...it is all be in order who filled first in Houston and the prove is the person getting inline and interview letter in same day!
